ConfidenceLine™ is a third party communications program that allows employees to anonymously report sensitive work related issues. All incidents are investigated and all identities are kept confidential. Any communication between employer and employee is anonymous and continues through the ConfidenceLine™ vehicle until the matter is resolved.
We hope that most matters can be addressed by your manager or by the human resources team but ConfidenceLine™ is there for you if you do not feel comfortable reporting the incident through these channels. Please use ConfidenceLine™ as the final option to voice your concerns.

This service is available to all staff 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via a toll-free national coverage phone line. Bilingual English/French service providers are ready to assist you along with interpreters for over 150 languages.
Niska takes all reports seriously. Reports to ConfidenceLine™ which are: fabricated, retaliatory, frivolous, malicious, or a practical joke, may require disciplinary action from Niska, up to and including termination.
